Draught at The Rover. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is fruity with crackers, grapefruit juice, pine needles, freshly cut grass, moist herbs, soil, currant leaves and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, tiny sour, tiny fruity and herbal with crackers, rhubarb, freshly cut grass, grapefruit rinds, lemon zest, pine needles, Peruvian peppar, moist green herbs, cucumber and hints of green peas. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent, tiny watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grass, pine, grapefruit rinds, rhubarb and black currant leaves. Refreshing!

On tap at BrewDog, Stockholm, September 2013. Black with a small tan head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, licorice and some dried fruit. Also notes of alcohol in the finish. A descent one.

Draught at Brewdog, Stockholm. Near black with small head. Aroma of earth and licorice with notes of raisins. Sweet with clean, somewhat rounded mouthfeel and meduium body. Prunses and coffee, saccharine, syrup and molasses. Slight peppery head in an earthy, mid bitter finish. Quiute rough at this point.

Smell is fruity and herbal with crackers, gooseberries, lemon balm, pink grapefruit juice, pine needles, moist soil, freshly cut grass, star fruit and hints of lemon grass. Taste is bitter, slightly fruity and slightly herbal with crackers, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon balm, gooseberries, passionfruit, grapefruit juice, star fruit, lemon grass and hints of red currants. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is very bitter and slightly herbal with crackers, unripe tropical fruits, grass, pine, lemon balm, star fruit, currant leaves and gooseberries. Very nice drinkable bitter, fruity and herbal APA...

Bottle @ Jerntorgets Brygghus. Pours murky blackish brown with a big creamy mocha head that slowly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is malty with roasted malts, sweet licorice candy, pumpernickel bread, grass, dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, ash, wood and hints of alcohol and banana bread. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter and malty with roasted malts, sweet dark bread, dark roast coffee, dark chocolate, burnt cookies, charred wood, caramel, toffee, sweet licorice candy, grass and hints of ash and alcohol. Mouthfeel is soft, tiny roasted astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with roasted malts, dark bread, dark roast coffee, bitter chocolate, moist soil, sweet licorice candy, burnt cereal and hints of ash, wood, alcohol and caramel. Rather stale smell hides a great tasting beer.

Bottle @ Ölstugan Tullen. Pours hazy dark wooden brown with a rather small creamy brownish beige head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty and slightly herbal with dark bread, freshly cut grass, biscuits, lemon juice, pine needles, resinous wood, roasted malts, burnt cereal, peppermint, lemon balm, caramel and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, tiny sour, malty and slightly herbal with dark bread, biscuits, freshly cut grass, pine needles, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, resinous wood, roasted malts, burnt cookie, burnt cereal, lemon balm, pumpernickel bread, lemon zest and hints of smoke. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly astringent, tiny chalky and medium bodied. Finish is bitter and malty with dark bread, grapefruit rinds, pumpernickel bread, lemon zest, grass, pine, biscuits, resinous wood, burnt cereal, lemon balm and hints of smoke. Really quite nice…

Bottle @ Ölstugan Tullen. Pours hazy pinkish golden with a big frothy pinkish off-white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick soapy lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity with white bread, pureed raspberries, raspberry hard candy, grapefruit juice, pine needles, moist soil, freshly cut grass and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter and fruity with white bread, freshly cut grass, freshly picked wild raspberries, grapefruit juice, raspberry hard candy, lemon zest, pine needles, wood, moist soil and grapefruit rinds. Mouthfeel is round, tiny fruity tart, tiny cloying sweet and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter and fruity with white bread, pureed raspberries, grapefruit rinds, grass, pine, raspberry hard candy and lemon zest. Every other sip is a fantastic fresh raspberry fruit beer and every other sip is a cloying sweet artificial raspberry mess. Leaves you with multiple personality disorder which I guess is fine...

Draught @ Akkurat. Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is cocoa, coffee, honey and some chili. Taste is coffee, chocolate, honey and a subtle but very pleasant chili tone. Very good one!

Draft @ Söder om Småland, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak earthy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter floral flavor with weak hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter floral finish.
