Flavor is moderate sweet nad light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture i watery, carbonation is soft.

Bottled. Almost clear, copper-colored beer, with a fruity and sweet aroma. Some spicy hints as well. Sweet and fruity flavor with some caramel and a medium to full body. The finish is sweet, with some caramel and spices. (061222)

Tap@Horsens Beerfestival. Red/brown body with a small beige head. Discreet aroma of malt and caramel. Flavor is sweet, malty, slightly roasted and a bit spicy. OK, but not outstanding.

On tap at Horsens Beerfestival. Unclear, golden-orange, with a minimal beige head. Some sour notes in the aroma, as well as caramel and roasted malt. Caramel, roasted malt, sweetness and some spices in the flavor. Some fizzyness in the mouthfeel, medium body. Sweet and lightly spiced finish. A decent Christmas beer, but nothing more. (061028)
