Bottle. Dark brown with a decent, off-white head. Aroma of caramel, chocolate, dark berry fruits and a hint of roasted malts. Flavour was sweetish, with bready malts, more fruit and chocolate and a gentle finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Golden with a slight white head. Aroma of grapefruit and tropical fruits, with a touch of malt sweetness. Flavour had a lot more fruit, plenty of biscuity malts and culminated in a dryish finish. Good.

From a 330ml bottle on 29/5/2013 (2011 vintage bottle 0209 of 2500), Pours mahogany with a big tan head. Has a rather unusual aroma of chocolate and orange. Take a sip and it starts out with lots of milk chocolate, some hints of vanilla, and irish whiskey liqueur. It finishes off with a medium roasty bitterness and a touch of soy. The palate is creamy and it’s a little over carbonated (very high for an impy). The carbonation issue aside, this is very nice stuff.

(Bottle) Slightly hazy amber gold with slight white head. Nice aroma with spicey pepper notes balanced with sweeter notes including white chocolate and stone fruit. Nice palate with plentiful fine carbonation giving a velvety mouthfeel. Flavour is a little disappointing after this build up, but still good. It starts of with a rich and nicely balanced combination of smooth sweetness, spice, banana esters and hints of stone fruit, but the taste then loses complexity leaving a rather harsh aftertaste. Overall a pretty good beer, but not quite right in the finish.

From a 330ml bottle on 26/11/2012. Pours an almost clear light golden with a biggish head. Has a quite pleasant floral, citrus fruit aroma. The flavour features a dash of sweet and tart citrus, followed by a relatively pronounced bitterness. A pretty good APA, And I like the bottles they use.
