Bottle, 6.8%. Slightly hazy dark amber with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, yeast, notes of brett and spices. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, notes of sourness, notes of brett, spices, sweet, berries, herbs and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, yeasty and sour berries. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with sour notes. 081016

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Max & Stas. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sourish, smoky, with burnt rubber, olives, some fruits. Sweetish and tart flavor with smokiness, fruits. Medium-bodied.
