Description
The San Michele Brewery began in October 2010, born from a passion for artisan beer. The brewery is situated in an old building from 1860 in the town of Sant'Ambrogio, surrounded by greenery from the natural habitat of Alps that allows us to offer a product of such excellence.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Greenish yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Some citrus notes. Light bitter too acetic flavor. Light bitter average finish. Oily palate but too fizzy.

Bottle, 5%. Clear pale yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, hop, floral, little citrus and perfume. Flavour is malt, wheat, spices, floral, little perfume, medium sweet, little over carbonated, notes of brett? and a little bitter.

Bottle from Voldby. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light fruity and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry finish with an odd sour touch. 220316

Bottle @ Salling Ølfestival. Light gusher that pours dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, belgian yeast, wood, dried fruit, light sourness. Flavor is light sweet, malt, caramel, yeast, candy sugar, fruit, a light oaklike tartness. Medium body, soft carbonation, light tart finish. Not the sourness is intentional, but it work allright. 120316

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, saison yeast, spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, herbs, saison yeast, sweet malt, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151228]

Bottled. A hazy red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, malt, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is straw, citrus fruits, hops, malt, and a bit of caramel, leading to a bitter finish.
