bottiglia 75 cl, bel cappello di schiuma fine cappuccino persistente, color ambrato inteso torbido, al naso è fruttata intenso malto caramello spezie (lieve solvente), in bocca malto pale caramello zucchero di canna speziata, di medio corpo, carbonatazione moderata, poco equilibrata, amaro eccessivo in bocca troppo insistente e lungo nel finale. (Amo le birre amare ma questa stona) L'etichetta della mia bottiglia riporta il nome "Nabucco" ABV 6,2% 27.10.17

Fancy 33cl bottle, thanks Manon! ABV is 8.5%, brewer labels it as an Italian Stout. Gusher. Dark brown to black colour, huge beige head. Aroma of wood, balsamic vinegar, clearly infected, some coffee and dark fruits. Flavour is light sweet, tart, wood, balsamic vinegar, coffee, dark fruits, caramel, tart-bitter finish. Medium bodied, firm carbonation. Infection made this an interesting Flemish Red - Stout crossover.
