Bottle. A clear copper colored beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is sugary-malty, with caramel sauce and some pine cones. Brown sugar. Dark dried fruit. It’s full bodied and lightly warming, softly carbonated and sweet, with a decent bitterness. Caramel, brown sugar, dark dried fruit notes and some piney, resiny hops. Lasting finish. Bottle. A finger thick white head forms over a hazy golden colored body. The aroma has quite a lot of banana, with some cloves, lemon and pale malts. It's quite effervescent on the palate, dry and a bit thin, with a very gentle bitterness. Banana, lemon, pale malts and cloves in the flavor, with hints of grass and generic spices. Rather short finish. A decent one, flawless too, but that's about it. Lacking body and complexity. 241027

On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. An unclear golden colored beer with a small, dense, beige head. Fruity aroma with grapefruit and some tropical fruityness, alcohol hints and a light bready maltyness. It's full-bodied, sweet and nicely carbonated with a little warmth. Mostly fruity flavor, tropical fruit and grapefruit in particular, backed up by some bready malts. A bit sweet, especially towards the finish. Nice anyway. 240802

On tap, from 50 liter wooden keg, at Bryggerifestivalen. Might have been only 30 liter keg, not really sure. Anyway, it looked nice in the glass, with an unclear golden colored body under a dense, white head leaving lacing. The aroma has a delicious maltyness, like really fresh grains, with a nice fruityness to back it. Piney, peppery and lightly grassy hops. It's medium to full-bodied and dry, with a nice carbonation level. A bit low on bitterness I think, but at last there's some. Piney and grassy hops up front in the flavor, with the same delicious malts found in the aroma as a backdrop for the hops. Lasting finish. Now that's how a pilsner should be, even though this one's a bit on the strong side. No alcoholic notes though. Easy drinkable and tasteful. 240802
