Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is slightly tart, apple, fleshy, fruit, with some straw, funky hints and mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

14/9/2024. Bottle from Bull Of The Woods Brewery, Kirby Cane. Pours clear very pale gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is stewed, dessert apples, petrol, woody, slightly musty and mucky. Moderate sweetness and tartness, slightly salty edge. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Hid its 7.3% abv on the body. A little curiosity.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of ripe apple, cooking apple, funk hint. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, spicy, with slightly acetic funk, alittle tartness and fleshy acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium sweet drying acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 04/02/24. Light golden blonde with a limited white cap. Nose is bitter sweet apple, wooded tones, straw, herb, hedgerow. Taste comprises sweeter tones than the nose suggested, cooking apple, vinous, light tannins, dull orchard wood, background sugar sprinkle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Tidy enough cider.

28/12/2023. Bottle bought at Bull Of The Woods Brewery, Kirby Cane. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is biscuit, sweet spice, caramel, baked apple, hint of petroleum. Nice sweet and bitter taste mix with a tart drying side. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Liked this.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 21/12/23. Clear light golden yellow with little in the way of a head. Nose is apple core, light funk, acidic nostril flicker, grains, herb. Taste comprises tangy apples, tannins, oak, orchard wood, lighter shade of funk compared to the nose. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close with a tangy climax. Not bad.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear pale golden colour, white bubbly foam head that dissipates away and aroma of sharp funk, apple, woody. Taste is tart, sour, apple, funk, acetic, with citric acidity and some tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable.

Medium sweetness, moderate tartness, touch salty. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Very nice tangy tartness to finish with a light drying edge. Nicely done.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 17/09/23. Clear pale golden yellow with a thin white cap that escapes edgewards. Nose is apple skins, orchard wood, hay bale, faint citric levels. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, tannins, vinous, herb, hedgerow. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Okay drop.
