Cask at PoW, Farnborough. Light and citrus aroma. Medium gold. Thin bubbly head. Medium bitter. Citrus kick. Hint of quinine. Light. Soft carbonation adds to a soft mouthfeel. Long finish. OK. A kick to it.

Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. A very pale amber pour with a tight white head; sweet floral aroma with some citrus; crisp grapefruity citrus taste, with a long finish. Rather one-dimensional.

Cask at Swan, Farnborough. Vague malty, slightly vinegary aroma. Palest gold. Virtually no head. Light bitter. Thin. Watery. Flat. Dry finish. Super bland. Has a bit of bite but really nothing to it. Poor.

Cask at POW, Farnborough. Vague spicy aroma, obscured by a smokey fire. Reddy chestnut. Virtually no head - a thin white thread. Malty with a sweet tang, before the spices, particularly the ginger, make themselves known. Some sugariness too. The problem is I didn't read the description and I don't particularly like ginger. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carb. Long dry and somewhat asgringent finish. OK. Despite the ginger and spices it's still on the bland side.
