Description
Borough Brewery, brewing in Tonmawr but with its heart in the Borough Arms Freehouse. Borough Brewery is an expanding microbrewery, starting with a small 2.5bbl plant in the beer garden of their pub ''The Borough Arms'' in 2014 (previously home to Eagles Bush Brewery). The brewery relocated in 2016 to Unit 5 Tonmawr Business Park in Tonmawr and upgraded to a 10BBL plant. In Summer 2019, following a change of ownership, brewing returned to just the pub and the brewery at Tonmawr closed.

Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Danny. Pours deep brown with a frothy, khaki head. Burnt wood in the nose, ash, leaves. Light sweet flavour, bone dry, more torched wood, minerals, plastic. Light bodied with average carbonation. Drying finish, lots of scorched earth, carpet, leaves. So so.
