16 ounce can, best by Sept. 29, 2011. Pours extremely hazy orange amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense off white head with good retention that reduces to a thin lacing cap that lasts. A lot of lacing sticks to the glass as you drink. Aromas of pine, orange, grapefruit, and caramel. Standard IPA aromas here, good strength as well. Taste of big orange, grapefruit, caramel, pine, and spiciness. Nice amount of bitterness on the finish that lingers with citrus and pine flavors. Very nice balance as well with nice citrus and caramel sweetness in the front and a bitterness on the finish that is nice, but not overpowering. Medium carbonation and body. No alcohol in the taste or finish noticed. Very smooth drinkability and smoothness as well. Overall this is an excellent IPA, very drinkable stuff.

Can. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces nicely. Aroma has crisp lager yeast with some sweet grains and hay with a bit of a grass note. Flavor is similar with a crispness of grass, grain and hay that balance somewhat nicely. A bit thin but not bad.

Can. Pours a near clear brown with a slight amber hue and a white head that laces thickly. Aroma has a really nice citrus hop note backed by some light pine and a nice rye note as well. Flavor begins with a bit of light rye that combines nicely with some citrus and grapefruit and has a bit of pine towards the finish. Really nice beer.

This premiered at Get Real New York’s Belgian Beer festival. Pours a straw gold with small white head. Its clean and crisp. You get a hint of honey but not overpowering. Also I get some pepper and coriander, grass, lemon peel, and yeast.

Pours deep amber into a Shaker. Off-white micro head with excellent retention recedes leaving spider lacing to coat surface. Caramel, pumpernickel and resin aromas. Medium bodied with sweet cinnamon roll upfront turning to pumpernickel before the last rye finish.

Pours deep dark brown into a shaker. Off-white head with good retention recedes to hug rim leaving spot lacing. Toffee and caramel aromas. Soft with bitter dark toffee upfront turning to a lasting bitter nut finish.

Draft @ Liberty Street Tavern, Allentown, PA. Served in a chalice. Hazy golden color. Nose of citrus, barnyard and a bread like yeast. Good amount of carbonation that had a decent about of whit bubbly head. Flavor is the same as the nose. A very light and refreshing brew to start with. Nothing complex but still decent. Went down very smooth as a starter beer. Nothing that will weight you down.

From tap at Blind tiger. Pours hazy dark brown to black with no head. Aroma is smoked and dark roasted malty. Smoked and caramelish. Bitter, dark roasted malty and breadish. Smoked and sligh citric bitter to a dry finish.
