[2/3/16] Draught at Jupiter in Berkeley. Clear golden. Aroma of citric hops and a bit of vegetal notes. Flavor has some sweetish bready malt, and bitterish citric hops. Medium-bodied.

Tap. Pour clear golden, small off-white head, decent lacing. Aroma is bready, grapefruit and pine. Flavor is about the same, very light sweet, light bitter. Medium light body. Pretty solid for what it is.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours unclear yellow with a creamy white head. The nose has some juicy citrus, lemon, pale bread. Light sweet flavor with minimal tartness, just a bit of lemon, tangerine, wheat. Light bodied with average carbonation. Wheat bread in the finish, more mild ripe lemon. Not bad.

Keg at the brewpub. Pours clear yellow with a creamy white head. Butyric acid in the nose, some citrus and pale bread. Light sweet flavor, some doughy pale malts, light piney bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish, more doughy pale bread, light citrusy hops, low bitterness. So so. Pretty basic.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours deep brown-black with a creamy tan head. Roasty aroma, with robust espresso and baking cocoa. Light to medium sweet flavor with more rich espresso, faint rubber, ash, chocolate. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Bitter ashy roast finish, lots of bittersweet baking cocoa, espresso. Not bad.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. The aroma holds floral hops, rindy citrus, pine. Medium sweet flavor with more floral hops, perfume, grass, pale bread, lemon peel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with strong perfume, citrus peel, light pine. So so.
