on tap @dB's, Utrecht. Black with a thin beige head. Roasted malts (coffee, chocolate) aroma with also some fruity sweetness. Taste is medium-bitter with a long smooth finish. Nice ending beer to a nice evening.

On tap at Kufle i Kapsle in Warsaw. Black color with a tan minimal foam. Nose: root, licorice, wet wood. Mouth: tart licorice-driven mouthfeel, medium-low body even a bit inconsistent. Not a well-brewer one, have to admit.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, frothy white head. Aroma: Malt, hop hints. Taste: Malt, hop, notes of caramel and slightly roasted biscuits. Crisp. Moderate to medium sweet and bitter. Bittery mouthfeel at finish. Nice one, although not that special.

Draft tasting glass @ In De Wildeman. Black, big mocha head. Nose is thin mocha, grainy, chocolate. Taste is thin grainy chocolate, strange coffee sourness which is the raspberries I presume but I didn’t get any real raspberry taste, sour coffee, thin, chocolate, dark malts, low sour sadly. Disappointing given that I saw Nepomucen and Baltic Porter.

Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Black with a tan head. Aroma of tart red berries, dark chocolate, coffee and dark malts. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet, moderate bitter and above light sour. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.
