Tap @ Arendsnest. Hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of soft lambic with a bit barnyard, horseblanket and strawberry. The english IPA gives it some biscuity notes and some earthy and flowery hop, but that could have been more present (as usual in Ruud’s brews, I would like to see some more aromahop). Maltiness is very nicely balanced. Soft sweet notes from the malt dance around with the soft sourness from the lambic, which has more citric acid than lactic acid. Very easy drinker, nice balance, but with all Eem brews, I want them to have a bit more power.
