16 oz. can traded by T.J, slightly hazy yellow color, lasting white head. Aroma is grass, and mild tropical fruit. Flavor shows a reflection of the aroma. Notes of citrus. Mild bitterness with a grassy note. Malt and hops are balanced. Pretty good.

Bottle at Cotteridge get together, purchased from Mikkeller Webshop. Low key aroma. Some bitter spice. Murky cola brown. Thin off-white head. Sweet with some bitterness. Liquorice. Dandelion and Burdick or such like. Herbal/medicinal. Medium bodied. Creamy [I think I wrote]. Average carbonation. Abrupt finish. Decent enough but not for people who dislike the spice.

Cotteridge gathering 23rd June 2018; shared bottle. Dirty brown body, beige affair on top. Lots of liquorice in the nose and taste, light herbal twist in there somewhere. Different and interesting, a little too sweet for some.

Bottle split at Cotteridge Convention IV, many thanks, 23/06/18. Rich murked up mahogany brown with a decent light beige cap. Nose is aniseed, toasted grains, dusty berries, spice. Taste comprises dark fruits, straw, spice, light yeast, charr, toffee, aniseed. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok saison but I've never had a great dark offering from this style.
