Bottle from Colonial Spirits Slightly hazy light golden with a smattering of bubbles that dissipate almost immediately. Lemony tartness with a good deal of stone fruit and just a touch of earthy rustic funkiness. Pretty good beer, finishes a little dry but could really use some carbonation!!!

Taster at source hazy amber with a nice tan head. Aromas of pepper funk yeast and grain. Taste is spot on peppery funky crisp and not too much bitterness.

Draft sample at the source. Deep Amber / brown color. Wow... The aroma is huge roasted barley giving a chocolate and brunt note... Flavor is great, FANTASTIC roasted character with bitterness in the medium range. The roast lingers well after the sip. Nicely done

Taster at the source hazy lemon pour with a thin white head. Aromas of saison yeast floral notes and citrus. Taste is crisp and clean very refreshing good balance and mild funk.

Taster at the source nice orange pour with nice white lacing. Aromas of dank citrus orange and hop. Taste is juicy and sticky with notes that match aroma. Drinkable.

Sampled at Mystic. Unclear Amber with generous amounts of white head in the sample glass. Aroma is rustic grain, yeast and light pepper. The flavor is spot on the aroma with a lot of peppery, spicy yeast that lingers well after the sip. Mouthfeel is zesty with a medium body. Nice character from the yeast.

Taster at the source dark reddish brown pour with a tan head. Aromas of roasted malt caramel pine resin. Taste is nice and roasty with nice balance between the malt and the bitterness in the finish.
