From a 75 cl bottle shared at the 2016 Nuplastik is back tasting. Pours a clear pale gold with off white head. Floral aromas. Flavors of white pepper and tropical fruit. Light bodied. Light finish.

[ As Mystic Flor Ventus ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, funky, grapes, wine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes, lemon - citrus, pale malt, funky, oxidide notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Nose is boozy, brandy, malt, plum, hint of blueberry, lots of sticky figs, fruitcake, dab of strawberry; very nice. Taste is malt, brandy, apple, lots of nuts, caramel, fruit cake, plums, hazelnut, brown sugar, touch of banana, lots more plum. Surprisingly slick mouthfeel. This is a very nice beer, it has a lot of characteristics of a traditional barley wine rather than what is now called a quad.
