375 ml bottle purchase at Redstone Liquors back in the summer. Deep dirt brown color with fast vanishing head. Aroma is deep layers of plums, dates and Belgian candi sugar.
The flavor is much like the flavor. Lots of caramelized malts, sugar and yeast. Body is a tad on the lean side. ABV is totally masked. Tasty but real pricy for a 375 if I recall correctly. Seems like the price of every brew is raising... Anyhow if you like the style go for it!

Bottle from Mikkeller Beer Shop. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty, pepper and moderate hoppy - hrass and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 161014

At a tasting, many thanks Ariel, small stable bubbly head, very hazy lemon yellow colour with some orange taints, aroma of lemon, overipe citrus, vinegar, light funky notes and some floweriness. flavour of overipe citrus, mineral notes and candy with a pleasant herbal bitterness, the sorachi ace is quite noticable and blends in nicely. Very good saison.

The beer is a light golden orange with a white, foamy head. Lots of lacing, good retention. The liquid is fairly cloudy. Solid saison looks. Sweet, bright grain flavor. Classic saison farmhousey character. Light, freshly fruity hops. Sweet lemons, grapes, grass, lemongrass, candied tangerine. A little bit of peppery spice. Yeasty earthiness. More of that bright, sweet grain in the taste. Light citric bitterness. Very refreshing and easy to get through. Fairly dry. Soft mouthfeel. Fairly normal carbonation but light and creamy. Tasty stuff.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Ariel. Cloudy yellow-golden with a white head. Fruity aroma, yeasty, with herbal and lemony hops and some floral spiciness. Yeasty flavor, somewhat spicy, with wheat, citric hops and moderate bitterness. Medium-bodied. Quite nice.

Pours deep mahogany into a Trappist glass. Frothy brown head recedes leaving sheet lacing. Sweet nutmeg and dark pit fruit aromas. Thick with milk chocolate and dried fruit upfront turning dry and sour before the lasting bitter chocolate finish. Interesting .. more like a Belgian Strong than a Saison...

Draft at GBD. Poured a dark brown color with a small tan head. Aroma was sweet caramel notes, light coffee notes, chocolate. Flavor was some light vanilla, caramel, bitter coffee. Light chocolate. Pretty tasty.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Yeast and chamomile aromas. Soft with sweet caramel and sourdough upfront turning to meadow and chardonnay in the fruity finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden liquid with white head. Aroma of red berries, citrus, grain, lemon peel and bread. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter with notes of citrus, grain and red berries. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty good.
