Dark red color with a floral aroma. Flavor is sweet caramel and toast with an earthy, mild bitter finish. Earthy aftertaste. Excellent for the style.

Sample at the Center Street Market taproom. Clear golden color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of key lime, spice and vanilla. Light-bodied with flavors of lime, vanilla, cinnamon and wheat. The finish is mildly tart key lime and cinnamon graham cracker. Above average overall.

Sample at the Center Street Market taproom. Dark mahogany-brown color with a thin light beige head that diminishes steadily to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of malt, banana and caramel. Light-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, banana and a bit of earthy hop. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light body with flavors of bready malt, fruit and mild grassy hop. The finish is fruity yeast and a touch of hops. Decent overall.

Medium to full-bodied with flavors of ripe fruit, caramel malt and earthy hops. The finish is malty with a dried fruit and hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
