12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 11/2018. Pours opaquely hazy/cloudy deep golden amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lightly tart/tangy mangoes, red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of mangoes, citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lightly tart/tangy mangoes, red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and slight fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of mangoes, red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, honeydew melon, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of mangoes, citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, an no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an awesome fruited NEIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of mangoes, citrus/fruity/tropical/fairly earthy hops, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish; nicely soft, and not aggressive. Feels like Columbus, Centennial, Simcoe. Very juicy/vibrant hops/fruit, with some dank/earthy notes; with a nice wheat/oat/malt backbone for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and well made style example. Held up well for the age. Over-carbonated, but likely make it more refreshing. --- Beer merged from original tick of Hands, Feet And Mangos on 26 Jan 2019 at 12:09 - Score: 8. Original review text: Great! Flarra restaurant balkongen.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to New Ken! Poursclear, deep brown with a light, tan foam head. Moderately gooey, with plenty of fudge, honey, brown bread and chocolate. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with soft carbonation. Warming finish, sticky sweet, more chocolate, toffee. Great fun.

Sample from the bottle. Pitch black pour with a light brown head. Typical imperial stout profile. Dark and roasty flavor but the alcohol overwhelms the flavors. The 11% ABV is obvious and very distracting.

0.355 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', cellared for about two years. Pitch black with a thin, beige layer. Sweetish-malty, gently roasty aroma of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, some coffee and a touch of licorice. Quite sweet, malty, gently roasty taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, toasted nuts and a touch of dark fruits, followed by a medium long, gently roasty-bitter, earthy and a bit resiny finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Intense, superbly balanced, pleasant mouthfeel, just a very good RIS! I really liked the bourbon BA version but this is probably as good as a non-BA Stout can get.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Took a while to pour from carbonation. Pours very hazy/murky deep orange/copper color with a 2-3 finger dense and rocky light khaki head with insane retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts the whole glass. Thick foamy lacing clings on the the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big fairly tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin/pits, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, light pepper/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, light caramel, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of peaches, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, lactose, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big fairly tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin/pits, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, light pepper/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, light caramel, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, spicy bitterness; and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy peaches, fruit skin/pits, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, wood, light pepper/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, light caramel, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, lactose, and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/tartness, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly slick/sticky/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 10% after the finish. Overall this is an excellent fruited milkshake NEDIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of peaches, citrus/fruity/tropical hops, lactose, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/tart/tangy/drying finish; great soft feel. Feels like Citra/Centennial. Extremely juicy hops/fruit, with light dankness; with a balanced lactose, and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. Got better as it warmed. The over carbonation definitely made this smoother on the ABV.

330ml bottle at the Farmers Bar, Puchong, Malaysia. Poured a murky light amber colour with a short-lived frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a malt, citrus fruit, light dry pepper spicy, light floral, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Rather nice, but very bitter and more fruit would have been an improvement.
