Old rating from 08-11-15 - A 750mm corked bottle, 7.5 ABV from the brasserie itself in St Petersburg & poured at home in Jersey. Pours a brown colour with a beige head. Aromas of nuts & caramel. Tastes of dried fruits, caramel & nuts, a hopped bitterness and yeast tones. Overall a very good effort at a Belgium dubbel.

Old rating from 20-07-15 - On tap at the brewery- look is hazy light yellow with a white head, aromas are sweet and tangy, tastes of sweet and sour with hints of apple and pear. Feel is light, not quite what I'd expect from a lambic, as stated on the menu. Overall nice enough.

Old rating from 20-07-15 - From the tap at the brewery, pours a cloudy yellow with a white head in it's tall glass. Aromas of malt and yeast. Tastes of bitter and sweetness with that classic wit taste. Feel is medium light with carbonation. Overall a good beer, one that I'd have again.
