Tastes of dried fruits, caramel & nuts, a hopped bitterness and yeast tones. Overall a very good effort at a Belgium dubbel.

Old rating from 20-07-15 - On tap at the brewery- look is hazy light yellow with a white head, aromas are sweet and tangy, tastes of sweet and sour with hints of apple and pear. Feel is light, not quite what I'd expect from a lambic, as stated on the menu. Overall nice enough.
