Established in 2014
In September 2019, ownership of the brewery was transferred to Mark Debrick, who is continuing to brew the award-winning beer that put us on the map, while at the same time introducing new and exciting recipes.
In 2020, we launched our local home delivery service serving our customers in Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding area.

Cask @ 35th Luton Beer & Cider Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, bitter hops, licorice and has a nice bitter finish.

Cask at the 2018 Colchester Winter Ale Festival. Pours bronze brown with virtually no head. Aroma of malt, caramel, hop, fruit and a hint of chocolate. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation. Sweet, malty finish.

Cask @ Gallows bird. Poured near black with a thin off white head. Aroma has roastedness, coffee in aroma. Flavor has roastedness, coffee, ash, earthy notes. Pretty nice, good bodied porter.

Cask at Gallows Bird, Espoo. Color is clear reddish brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Coffee, dark chocolate, dryness and roasted malts.

Can at home, gushed over a touch on opening and a lively copper pour with a big egg shell white head. Nose is toasted brown bread, sweet malts, biscuit, toffee, light orange peel, floral hop back notes. Taste comprises orange marmalade, candied fruit notes, caramel, biscuit, light spice. Medium bodied, fine to prickly carbonation, semi drying close with a dusting of hop bitterness. Decent hop forward ESB.

Bottle at home, 17/12/17, Clear golden copper with a decent off white head. Nose is malt forward, bunt biscuit, toffee, brown bread, light spice. Taste comprises biscuit malts, light brown sugar, dried fruits, raisins, toffee. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with balanced bitterness. Decent bitter.
