We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Draft: Poured a black with a brown head. Aroma is boozy, chocolate, vanilla, roasted malts, walnuts, earthiness. Taste is nice sticky boozy rich malts, dark chocolate, sweet hints, nutty. Finish is thick but silky.

Can. Hazy reddish amber beer, a good pale head. Airy and fairly smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation on the back end. Mild smooth malts bring just enough creamy sweetness to balance out the other tart elements. Berry fruits, a little vanilla. Rhubarb and red berries. Airy and slightly crisp finish. Not bad, reasonably well balanced.

440ml can. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is yeasty, light pineapple. The flavour is light sweet and bitter, with a smooth, somewhat watery, sugary, light pineapple, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation. A poor supermarket beer. Whatever happened to the once great Neon Raptor?

Can 330ml @ Rasmus hyttetur. Pours dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee, caramel, licorice and chocolate. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, sweet and coffee finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft
