On tap at the Neon Raptor Tao room. Bold deep black cooour with a deep tan head. Aroma has lots of deep tmroasted malt and bourbon. Taste mid sweet and deep malty. Smooth and deep body. Wow

Bottle taken away from the taproom, drunk at home. Very dark brown with a creamy light tan head. Espresso aroma with some chocolate truffle, marshmallows and a little bit of blackberry. Tastes wonderfully sweet with creamy vanilla notes swirling around the tongue. Delicate earthy hop bitterness in the finish. Wonderful texture - thick and creamy. Like drinking velvet. Low carbonation. Berry notes, coffee and freshly made caramel in the aftertaste.This is special.

Can from Brewklopedia, Leicester. Dark gold and extremely hazy with a thin uneven film of white head. Aroma of pineapple, papaya, alcohol, a touch of pine. Tastes wonderfully sweet with some intense tropical fruit bitterness in the finish. Thick body, soft carbonation. More pineapple in the aftertaste. Simple, effective and delicious.

Can from Brewklopedia, Leicester. Orange/gold, slightly hazy with a ring of white head. Smells of peach, pineapple and passionfruit. Sweet taste is overcome by a far-too-intense passionfruit juice sourness. Kumquat peel and lemon juice in the aftertaste. Doesn't really work for me.

Can picked up from Brewdog Oxford and consumed at home Sunday 21st October 2018. Pours hazy murky gold with a white head. Quite tart and tangy, lactose shows in fact I didn't realise it was milkshake IPA until I just checked. Passion fruit and mango as per the description certainly shows, ok but not really my thing. ABV: 9.2%. Cloudy dark dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, minty, after eight, light coffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, after eight, mint, dark malt, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20181021]
