Description
We create everything from one-off experimental beers to a solid range of our favourite styles. There’s also a fair amount of dinosaurs (naturally) and retro video game references involved. We’re often at our Sneinton taproom, at various beer festivals, and obviously down the pub, so come and say Hi! Thank you for being on this journey with us and we hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy making it!

440ml can from Ghost Whale. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pine, herbal notes, citrus, grass and earthiness. Taste is crisp, juicy fruity and grassy with some citrus, grapefruit, pine, herbal and tropical notes. Finish is sweetish, crisp and fruity with some pine, grapefruit and citrus, hints of tropical fruits and herbal notes. Okay, but not really a NEIPA.

Uber hazy golden amber color. Thin white head that tightly clings to the glass. Stinky over ripe mangoes in the nose. Low medium bitterness. Tons of mangoes throughout. The mango just lingers. The acidity is fairly high. Almost uncomfortably so.

Can. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth sweetish malts, a suggestion of vanilla, more of a rumour really. Tangy tropical fruits, mildly spicy mellow bitterness. Light semi dry finish. Flavoursome but I found this slighty disjointed. Bit tangy and bitter in the wrong places.
