Description
The Ayr Brewing Company brewed it's first ales in October 2009, and in a short space of time gained numerous awards at both local and national level. As a 5 Barrel Micro Brewery we are currently producing around 60 casks of ale a week and supplying pubs throughout the UK. We are the first brewery in the area for over 80 years and operate out of The Glen Park Hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious meal and our ales on tap in the bar/restaurant.

On cask at the Cask and Barrel. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - light spice biscuit notes. Taste - more like spiced cake this time. Palate - light to medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - a decent example of the style.
