Cask Conditioned at Wenlock Arms, London
Blond color. Wonderful aroma of fruity hops (bergamot, cedar and other rare citrus fruits). Dry mouthfeel, with dry toffee flavor and strong bitterness, again the same wonderful citrusy hops, lightly piney too. Lovely.

Cask, gravity dispense at Merton Summer Beer Festival July 18th and 19th 2008 Golden pour with white head. Easy going beer that didn’t really stand out in any way shape or form, some bitterness at end and also some light fruitiness but I think I agree with Glen, it was ok but no great shakes.

Cask handpull at Wenlock for the Fin and Loz meet up. Gold, lasting white head. Sherberty hoppy blond beer. This isn’t bad, bit ascetic on the flavour, bit of ginger maybe. Fine.

Cask, Gravity at Haddenham Beer Festival 05-07-08 Pours mid golden great clarity, tiny thin white bubbly head. Really fresh and crisp beer, good citrus bite with some nice honeyed sweetness in reserve, not so bitter, but this was a truly lovely beer.
