Description
Our wonderful beers are produced from the finest malted barley, whole hop cones, yeast and the purest Welsh water from 300ft below the brewery where it has filtered through the limestone rock for millions of years. The range of beers is large; from light golden to dark stouts, lagers and unusual beers such as beetroot, nettle, chilli and more.

The Coles brewery produce exciting beers from Golden, pale through to stouts, this all started in 1999. Then in 2011 cider was added using a wide variety of apples from desert, cider and even culinary all producing unique and special ciders!

Hand bottled from cask. Cloudy pale amber. Light and creamy with a funny spicyness.Mid sweet and lightly fruity. Pleasantly drinkable with low bitterness, but the spicyness is strange.

On gravity at the Great Welsh Beer & Cider Festival, 10/06/10. deep gold in colour with a slight white head. Light aroma of sweet malts and grassy hops. Savoury malt flavour, with a hint of mushrooms and suggestion of sourness, leading to a moderately bitter finish. A bit strange and my least favourite beer of the festival.
