Gravity dispense at Pigs Ear ’14, day 1, 02/12/14. Very lightly hazed amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is apple orchard, woody, twigdom personified, earthy, light spice. Taste comprises orchard fruit, green apple, malt, raw wood. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Twiggy nonsense.
