Aroma: dried fruits, rich caramelly malts and toffee. Taste: sweet dreams malts, dried fruits and light smoke. Smoked malts aftertaste. Next one, please!

Aroma: pale malts, light peppery and grainy. Taste: mixed grains and dough. Subtle earthy hops. Next one, please!

11/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear bright bronze amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, woody, caramel, dried fruit, light whisky edge. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. The best of a decent trio of beers this brewery had on at the festival.

11/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear amber brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is nutty, malty, lightly roasted, caramel, twig. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average to soft carbonation. Quite decent.

11/10/2024. Cask at Nottingham Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear straw gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is citrus, floral, melon, grass, touch of tropical fruit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly oily and watery with soft carbonation. Nice aroma, but lacks some depth.

500ml bottle from Beer Park. Pale gold colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, core, some sulphur. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, fleshy, tart, floral, with some clean acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light soft carbonation, sweetish drying tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle, as Summer Berry Cider, 5.0%. Bright reddish-pink colour, pinkish foam head that slowly dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of berry fruits, jammy. Taste is sweet, berry fruity, some fleshy apple & apple core, with sugary, jam notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet berry finish. Quite OK, abit sweet
