Description
The Nightingale Cider Co started as a hobby with a friend, under the name Gibbet Oak Cider, selling to local events. 2013 was a big year, when we released our first bottled ciders. People loved them, and wanted more, so in 2015 Sam swapped his job in sound recording for muddy boots and overalls, and returned to the farm to re-join Tim, and concentrate on doing what he loved.

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 30 May 2025) Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, with no head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, grass and citrus. Fruity, slightly tart taste with apples, grass, citrus, flowers and a generous acidity. Slightly tannic. More than medium body, dry, with a touch of sweetness. Strong and tart, still in good balance.
