Bottle from Cooperative Supermarket, Hebden Bridge. Golden-blonde with a small head. Has a session strength fruity-bitterness, with the latter developing a little more in its aftertaste.

Handpull cask at Ye Hole in Ye Wall, Liverpool. Reddish brown and clear with a creamy beige head. Herbal and vegetal smell, somewhat reminiscent of watercress. Taste is closer to what I'd expect from a rye beer: sweet and spicy with a little fruitiness around the edges and a balanced finish. Soft carbonation. Disappointing.

12/2/2019. Bottle from Crosby Beer Shop, Merseyside. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of toast, butter and hops. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Medium body, sticky texture, above average carbonation. Sweet toasted finish. Not good.
