Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Daniel. Pours hazy orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Nice aroma, dry pale malts, melon, orange rind. Light-medium sweet flavour with tangerine, orange, a little piney and rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with light resin, pine, moderately juicy citrus, a little flinty minerality. Solid.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 7th March 2017. Hazy reddish brown with yellowy white shallow foam and scant lacing. Biscuit malt and fruitiness in aroma. Tangy plum and caramel malt in-mouth, with a touch of citrus, leaving a finish of nutty malts, fruitiness and a lactic touch. Zingy mouthfeel and a fair amount of body. Rated as a novelty ale.
