Unclear golden with no head. Sweet apple, old apple peels, wood, twigs, tannins. Old rustic calm cool cellared apple vibes. Crunchy crystalized fruitsugars. Lovely. Keep the heritage alive. 🤟🍏

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with fizzy white head. Light funky, sweet apple juice, dank barnyard notes, apple peel, apple pie, quite mineral, dry oak. Medium sweet, lighter bitter. Solid medium bodied with quite some sparkly carbonation.

Happy new year! 🎊’Année 2017/5%’. Pale straw, bit of a gush, but no lasting head. Hard & dry bitter apple flesh, some mushy applesaucey notes, lots of apple stems, tannins, almonds, tart. Tight blend somewhere between (mostly) French, Basque and British.

Bottle shared at home. “Cidre Fermier Brut 4.5%”. Dry applejuice, just the way I like it! Thin, appley, very woody and dry, tart edges. No animal funk, just clean bonedry applejuice with a lot of woody tannin character. Soft fizz.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, fast disappearing white head. A lot of tiny carbonation bubbles going up in the glass. Aroma: Sweet and lightly tart apples, appleskin, funk. Taste: Moderate to over moderate sweet and light to moderate tart apples, subtle appleskin, subtle farmyard funk. Medium body, just below average carbonation. A little dry-ish mouthfeel. Easy drinkable and quite low in tannins for a Brut Cider. Well balanced in between sweet and sour, refreshing and quite nice.
