On draught at the Loaded Dog, Leicester. A translucent pink, hazy. Sweet taste of sugary raspberry. Tastes like raspberry syrup, not getting a lot of pear. Children's medicine flavour. It's nicely carbonated though a has a pleasant syrupy mouthfeel. Not a great perry by any standard but wonderfully enjoyable.

On draught at the Loaded Dog, Leicester. Light yellow, hazy. Sweet, ight vinous smell with apple, grape, grass and floral notes. Sweet taste with some sour/bitterness mid-sip, but it reverts back to far too sweet for the finish. Some of Lilley's flavoured ciders are pretty good but this one is very middle-of-the-road.

Bag in a box at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear gold gold colour lasting white head. Some apple juice. Some apple tannin. Medium sweet. Tannins dry top of mouth on the finish. OK. Some fruit flesh.

Bag in a box at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear gold bubbly head. Some dryness. Some elderflower. Some sweetness overall. Some apple juice character. OK. Elderflower flavour is good. Too sweet overall.

Handpull at the Kings Head, Leicester. Orange-gold, clear and flat. Aroma is mango, mango, mango, not at all cide-like but it's a nice refreshing scent. Tastes more artificial than it smells, too sweet with an overripe fruit character. Worth trying, and on balance certainly drinkable, but more like alcoholic mango juice than anything.

Handpull at Just Beer Micropub, Newark. Alarming neon yellow colour. Think Mountain Dew or alien piss. Pub lemonade aroma. Taste... isn't bad. Sour/tart lime with a fair dollop of cider appley tang in the long finish. Shouldn't like this as much as I do but something about it works.

26/3/2018. Cask at Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of very sweet rhubarb. Heavy sweetness, very light sour. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice if you like your rhubarb sweet, but too sweet for me.

At Lord Hop, Nuneaton. Gold hazy colour. Big rhubarb smell. Almost spicy, almost burns. Touch of apple vinegar. Taste is sweet with an intense sweet/savoury of rhubarb. Long gritty, scrumpy-y and almost herbal finish. Way too strong on the rhubarb but I enjoyed that aspect if a slightly masochistic way...

Bag in a box at The Two Halves Margate. Clear orange gold colour bubbly white head. Sweet apple juice aroma with a little pear. Sweetish in mouth then some drying fleshy pear fruit kicks in later. Fine if a little sweet.
