On tap at the Cider Tap with Sarah. Pours a clear pale gold with a visible carbonation and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has extremely sweet apples with just a hint of acid. Flavor has an intense sweet candied apple note throughout.

Keg at The Cleveland Arms, London. Pours clear, very pale yellow. Sugar sweet apple nose with some sweaty pear, too. Medium sweet flavor, somewhat artificial, with light apple and a certain medicinal quality. Medium bodied with average, sparkling carbonation. Sugary sweet finish, slightly medicinal here, with sugary pear. Meh. Very sweet, kind of unnatural.

Polycask at FFTMC, Oxford with Loz, Jan, Charlotte Sun 23.10.11 Pours clean gold, it is a tiny bit hazy, no bubbles too sweet, didn’t realise that it was effectively a Broadoak cider that explains a lot. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 2.9

From a polypin at the Cornubia, Bristol. Deep amber with slight carbonation. Aroma of tart, oaky apples with some pear sweetness in the background. Flavour was the reverse, syrupy pear upfront followed by earthy apples and a dryish finish. Fine.
