Owned and ran by father and son, Chris and Marc Lilley. Our Cidery is based in the heart of Somerset, England. Since starting the business in 2007, Chris and Marc Lilley still have a very active role within the business where they share their cider knowledge with the team and head all current development of new and old ciders alike. They are passionate about creating modern English cider pushing beyond traditional styles by incorporating only the most delicious fruit and ingredients to make delightful, memorable cider.

Tap @ Cider Tap, London. Clear pale yellow with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet pear. Flavor is quite sweet. Light dry finish with a little warming alcohol. 041013

Tap @ Cider Tap. Slightly hazy amber with no head. Aroma is apples, fruit and a little sulfur. Flavour is apples, fruit, little sour, little sulfur and a little oak.

Tap @ Cider Tap. Clear golden with tiny off-white head. Aroma is apples, fruit, oak and sulfur. Flavour is apples, fruit, little sulfur, little dry, little sugar and a little acid.

Tap @ Craft Beer Co, Islington. Mo head. Color is pale yellow. Aroma nad taste are Perries, fruits, sugar and more sugar. Sweet finish.

Sunset Cider - Sweet (Draught) from Lilley's Cider

Dark orange. Normal cider aroma of fresh apples. Taste is a let down, almost artificial-sweetener tasting. Not my favourite from an otherwise good cider producer.

Apples & Pears from Lilley's Cider

Keg at Bedford Arms, Bedford. Moonlight yellow and sparkling. Smells of apples, a trifle synthetic. Taste comes through clear and sweet, with the bitter tang of apple peel. This is classed as a perry, but is actually a cider/perry hybrid, and one which favours the apple at that.
