Each brew is monitored and nurtured for 7-10 days, racked then served. With the support of Simon & Nikki, head brewer Rob has been brewing with a renewed enthusiasm and has had some very successful brews of late: ‘Robs Revenge’ brewed to celebrate his 2000th brew and ‘Flints Full Glory’ named after the pub dog Flint.

My whole note from the GBBF said "Dank sulfur not for me gribble 3.2 " and yet I could still track it down to this Session Pale.

Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 3 - London. Pours clear yellow with a huge, white foam head. Some sandy pale bread, lemon rind, grain and hay. Light bodied with soft carbonation; it seems all the carbonation has gone to the head. Light sweetness in the finish, a bit more rind. Eh, so so.

Cask at The Empress - Littlehampton, England. A pretty damn simple bitter. Pours mostly clear amber with a slight, foamy white head. There’s lots of basic cereal and bread in here, some fruity accents, straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with sweet dough and more cereal. Weak.
