La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cracker, fieno bagnato, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso, erbaceo ed agrumi.

Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, pane, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi e arancia rossa.

0.33 l bottle shared with Ogi who brought it from Italy, thanks. Unclear amber, small tan head. Light to medium malty caramely and fruity aroma, soft earthy hoppy notes. Sweet flavour, light body, soft, smooth. Moderately earthy and spicy profile. Light bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. Dark orange color, hazed, fine offwhite head, persistent. Smells a bit pungent. Aroma is earthy cereals upfront, i'd dare to say red rice indeed as it reminds me of hitachino nest red rice ale. Mild fruity flavors, muddy yeast, hints of citrus and minerals. Taste has a light soda effect, light taste, dusty raw finish, fluffy texture.
