On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a dark amber orange with a pink tinge and a small beige head. Aroma is full of red grape skins, lots of bugs, and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of musty red grape skins, wild yeast, oak, and more grape must. What a great concoction here. Such good hugs and grape skin hybrid. Excellent.

4.8/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 3 Flavor 5 Texture 4 Overall 5
On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a hazy dark golden orange with a white white head. Aroma is quite herbal and briny, with a weird, tart overripe, citrusy character — very odd. Flavour is very tart and briny, with pickle juice, overripe citrus, and a touch of bugs. Too much pickle juice and overripe character. Doesn't work for me.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is full of sweet potato, earthiness, and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is full of tart sweet potato, earthiness, rustic notes, and a touch of citrusy, tart bugginess. Unusual for sure but executed well. Weird stuff that works.

7.6/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 8 Texture 8 Overall 7.5
On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is surprisingly hoppy for an APA, with piney hop, biscuity malt, and some dank, oily resins. Flavour is well-hopped, with bright, potent piney hops, a touch of dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Well-hopped APA, approaching WCIPA territory. Nice to try something like this these days. Excellent.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a clear faded pink with a small white head. Aroma is full of must grape skins, some wild bugs, and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of super dry and musty grape skins, copious wild bugs, and some oak. Nearly bone dry, quite boozy, and super buggy and grape musty. Maybe not the most refined grape wild ale but this is very nice.

8.2/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 8 Flavor 8 Texture 8 Overall 9
On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is extremely potent, with intense piney and resinous hops, booze, and some sugary malt to back. Flavour is potent, with intense piney and resinous hops, some dank oiliness, and just enough malty sweetness to back. What a hop barrage. Oily, piney, and resinous. Executed and balanced beautifully.

7.5/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 8 Overall 8
On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a cloudy orange amber with a small off-white head. Aroma smells exactly like peanut brittle — no artificial shit or other elements. Flavour is much the same, but drier than expected: tons of dry peanut brittle. Damn, this is impressive.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of roasted malt, potent piney hops, and some earhrtiness - good balance. Flavour is rich and balanced, with loads of roasted malt, piney hops, and some earth. This is impeccably balanced. Big roast, big hops, dry finish. Yep, this is wonderful.

6.4/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 5 Flavor 7 Texture 6 Overall 6.5
On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a hazy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma is quite acidic, with plenty of wild yeast, acetic note, ugh. Flavour is better dialled in, with lots of acidity, mesquite smoked notes, and some wild yeast. This is much better than it smells, but still bizarre. Smoked, acidic and buggy on the finish. Alright.

7.2/10 Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 6 Overall 8
On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma actually smells legit, with Belgian yeast, roasted chestnut, and dry toffee. Flavour is on the dry side, with dry toffee, bready malt, and a touch of Belgian yeast. Not estery at all, which is a welcome change for a US Belgian beer. Nice stuff.
