On tap at Arizona Wilderness - DTPHX, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma actually smells legit, with Belgian yeast, roasted chestnut, and dry toffee. Flavour is on the dry side, with dry toffee, bready malt, and a touch of Belgian yeast. Not estery at all, which is a welcome change for a US Belgian beer. Nice stuff.

Pint can pours with a crystal clear pure gold colored body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up a tropical blend of mango, pineapple and then slivers of pine hops and some citrusy tangerine. The taste delivers a firm and slightly distracting level of sticky sweet pineapple, mango and guava. To midway a modest booze burn and growing tangy to nearly bitter grapefruit and tangerine like hoppiness try and rescue this from the sugary sweet abyss. Another sip reveals cantaloupe, apricot and fig. This is nice but I need to be in the mood for it as it lacks a firm bitter hop bite that it needs.

Wonderful, light, and juicy. Little grassy. Real good showing for my first AZ Wilderness. Thanks to my soon to be sister-in-law and brother for bringing this back from their failed trip to AZ (Phightens lost both games in NLCS they were out for.)

0.375L bottle pours with a murky dirty dark copper colored body that supported a brief off white head. The aroma offers up mainly vinegar with wafer thin clouds of sour citrus and a sense of oak. The taste is not at all Kvass like as it's straight up tartness and vinegar and really little else. If I imagine there's sourdough bread involved I can kind of taste it into the finish. I wouldn't notice it otherwise. This lacks any semblance of balance. And there were dates in this? Did someone forget to add them. No sweetness and no date notes as it end with moderate puckering tartness and a seed of disappointment.

Tall slim 12oz can pours with an opaque dusty pale gold colored body that has a lasting tight off white head of foam. The aroma offers up tangy tangerine, tangelo, mango and a bit of vanilla. The taste delivers smooth soft supple orange creamsicle goodness. I get ripe tangelo and orange blending into juicy soft mango. To midway the sweetness builds in with thin facets of vanilla and malts. It does get a little too sweet from time to time but the juicy citrus stays there and maintains a bit of balance. Pretty fun beer. But, yeah, it could be less sweet.

Can. Pours a clear yellow orange hue with a medium white head. A big sweet citrus nose. Sweet citrus, toast, the overall balance is amazing. Smooth, lemons and oranges. Almost funky at times. Bready. Damn good.
