Chestnut brown. Medium head. Ok this smells like a yeasty dunkel. Taste -some caramel, a but syrupy, definitely yeasty, some sugars and not actually that much pecan.

Pale and hazy, thin head. Very phenolic aroma, sticky bubblegum stuff. Dryish towards the finish but the ferm didn't go as planned by the taste of it.

Dark brown, big roast aroma. Piney, lots of bitterness, hops gets a bit weedy, full body, good sugars. Excellent.

Pale, bright with a thick head. Aroma is very wild, lots of brett c, floral notes, honeyish -different and appetizing. On the palate -wild, bitter, floral, dry, brett C but so much more. Clean, beautiful -this just hits different than you're average wild ale -in the same vein as Jester King and Garden Path but at the same time not like those. And made with aged cascades? This is the kind of beer you shake your head. So good. Has to be the best beer I've had here. The fact that mcberko hated this is awesome.

Darkish red-purple colour. It's a malbec ale. Not much head. Nice fruity aroma and palate. Tart, some bugs and wood but mostly the vinous character is dominant.

Salmon colour, not much head. Very nice fruit aroma, plums and dragonfruits and things like that. Medium body, nice bugs, very good balance. Excellent.

Pale with a slight haze. Thin head. Smells like a harsher acetic sour and citrus. On the palate, complex, like rosemary, lime, a complex negroni where the gin is made with desert botanicals. Excellent.

Dark brown, rich fudgey brownie character, super sweet. Not a lot of bitterness to counter that sweetness, actually. Could be better constructed, just comes across a bit one-dimensional.

Can from a very secret Santa: brown with beige head. Aroma is raisin, dark fruit generally. Taste is sweetish, fruity, lightly spicy. Solid.
Mostly clear copper body small foamy off white head. Fruity funky tannic aroma. Tart fruity tannic flavor. Medium light body moderately high carbonation. 8/3/8/4/16 3.9
