Pint can pours with a near clear pure gold body that supports a white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up a blend of guava, cantaloupe, pink grapefruit and a bit of boozy heat. The taste delivers booze infused cantaloupe and guava and then heading into growing pink grapefruit like hop bitterness. It's fairly restrained with a modest balance of juiciness and bitterness as well as boozy heat. Not bad but considering the excessive cost it kind of sucks.

Pinkish colour, opaque, with a thin head. The aroma brings out lemon, coriander and beets, also bugs. On the palate, it's got some decent tartness, with lemon, and a bit of coriander. There's some beet character, light bitterness. It finishes somewhat dry. Solid.

375mL bottle, pours an opaque bright pinkish rose red with a small off-white head. Aroma is dominated by the earthy beets upfront, with a touch of wild yeast, and a hint of citric notes. Flavour is lightly tart, with tons of earthy beets, a hint of lemon, and light wild yeast. Can't say I get the barrels or coriander. Pretty good expression of the beets though. It's a fun one but certainly far from extraordinary.
