Sort of a brown colour but with a bit of burnt reddishness. Deep rich old ale kind of nose, massive woody character.

Dark brown. Not much head. A bit tart, fudgey, it’s funny cause everything is made very well, like all individual elements, but it doesn’t come together because I don’t like dark sour.

Bright red, thin head...has beets. On the nose, light brett, and a touch of beet. On the palate there’s a ton of beet, mellow bitterness, but still a dry finish, not much in the way. Neat brew.

Opaque, no head, looks a bit flat. Lots of watermelon, tart, just a touch saline, again nice watermelon. Yummy.

Hazy blonde, thick head. Niiiiiice bretty aroma, with fruity accents. Dry, clean sweet pale malts, medium bitterness...not so much saison but a straight up wild ale.

Opaque, with a thick frothy, hops bring a mix of bright citrus and tropical fruit. There’s definitely an odd character there.

Sampled at Snallygaster 2019. Poured a kind of dark yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light pistachio, vanilla. Flavor was light vanilla, pistachio. Creamy.

Well integrated pistachio flavour. Some milk. Green onion but light. Pours hazy golden with good head and lacing. Light sweet finish. Tap at Snally.
