On tap at Sovereign, pours a hazy pale yellow with some white head. Nose is very green, was surprised at how much grass and citrus zest jumps out, floral, some herbs too. Flavor has just a little bit of grist, dandelion tea, then lemon, grass, herbs. Finishes with just a little tannins. So easy to drink.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear copper body that supports a thin near white head of foam. The aroma offers up sweet smelling plum, malt, molasses and a touch of graham cracker. The taste delivers smooth soft sweet malts, molasses, plums, a hit of dates and malt nuanced graham crackers. It evens out a bit to midway with sliver of roasted malts and a mild vague yeasty spiciness. Solid bock with a pleasing balance and depth.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a bright white head of foam. The aroma offers up grainy malts, honey, chamomile and a bit of lemon. The taste delivers a blend of grainy malts, thin mild lemon like bitterness, and then like chamomile spice. It gets a little cracker malt and sweet fruity ester like into the finish. Decent.
