Bottle shared with JMD at HND 19.03.17. Cloudy amber. Off-white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of caramel, graefruit and lime. Decent aftertaste, with citrus bitterness. The taste combination of toffee and grapefruit rarely comes well through.

Keg at Amersham beer shop, Amersham, Bucks. An amber coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, malty, caramel aroma. Tastes hoppy, malty, caramel, slight orange, quite sweet. This was a pretty good DIPA but £8 per pint seemed a little excessive for a Pig & Porter beer.

Keg at Eebria taproom. Pours clear orange with a creamy head. The nose has ripening citrus, a little pine. Light-medium sweet flavour with good citrus fruits, pale bread, piney and lightly grassy hops. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with a little resin, some spicy pine, rindy orange. Good one.

Keg at the Eebria taproom. Pours black-brown with a frothy tan head. The nose has burnt coffee ground, faint cocoa. Light sweet flavour with a rubbery note, bitter cocoa, scorched earth. Light bodied jets fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more earthy bitterness, ash, baking cocoa. Not bad.
