We are a dynamic and growing 15BBL brewery based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent producing beer in Cask, Keg & Can. Pig and Porter is a passion born of necessity, nurtured in a shed, fuelled by belief and fulfilled by the creation of beers that we love. We’re now on a mission to share our beers with everyone who wants to drink better. All of our beers are now vegan friendly with the exception of Honey Hill Wit which contains honey. Pig and Porter now has a growing team in a shiny new site with a new head brewer Riina Laats taking our beers in a new direction.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 26th April 2024. Hazy amber with shallow foam affording scant lacing. Rich tropical fruits in aroma. Zesty citrus and tropical fruits in-mouth. Grassy and citrusy hops, spices and solid malts shape a satisfying finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. Splendid.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 26th April 2024. Deep copper with shallow foam affording scant lacing. Nutty malts aroma. Malty in-mouth Just the hint of TCP. Malty finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Cask handpull at The Guinea, Tunbridge Wells. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Yes good condition good citrus fruits. Rather good

Keg at Stoneworks, Peterborough. Sampled May 2017. Poured hazed orange gold with white foam. Aroma: wit spices. esters, orange.Taste: moderate sweet, orange, yeasty, spices. Light to medium body with foamy carbonation.

Can. Pitch black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, some toast and mild chocolaty and earthy tones. Flavour is coffee, some chocolate, mild toast, some roasted elements with a bit of toffee too.

Cask by stillage at One Inn The Wood, Petts Wood on 9th September 2023. Hazy amber with shallow white foam and spot lacing. An aroma of tropical fruits, and notes of peach and strawberry cream. Caramel malt and tangy fruitiness in-mouth, and a return to a tropical fruit theme for the finish. Full bodied with an engaging texture.

Draft at Art & Craft CR0, Croydon 02/08/2023 Hazy golden orange with a white head. Citrus and light tropical fruity with some orange and melon, touch of grapefruit, nice juiciness, medium body, piney light bitter balanced hoppy close.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 1st August 2023. Deep brown with loose and shallow tan foam and spot lacing. Malty aroma. Spicy fruits, leafy hoppiness in-mouth and a caramel malt finish. An apple touch. Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.
