BIAB sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, caramel, apple pie, some funk. Taste is sweet, apple, apple pie, with wood and funk notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

8/10/2021. From BIAB at the 43rd Bedford Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, apple pie, brown sugar, light funky notes. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet and slightly dry/tart finish. Enjoyed this.

Aroma is tangy stewy sweet apple, apple candy, apple pie, caramel, brown sugar. Medium to heavy sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet and tangy tart finish. Enjoyed this.

Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Slight dryness to finish. Not bad.

[ As Buffoons C-Cider (3) ].Clear light to medium orange yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sweet apple, horse blanket, wood, vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity apple, horse blanket - funk, apple. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20140813]

From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity apples, light toffee. Smooth fruity, light citric and slight tart. Li gering zesty and crisp apples fruity finish.

Sampled @ GBBF day 2. Hazy yellow golden color, no head. Smell and taste apple, apple juice, light to moderately sweet, slightly vinous. Average body and carbonation.
