330ml can carried back home from Gulating Hamar. A clear golden-brown body, bubbly, pearl white head, spotty lacing. Moderate smell of grassy hops. Caramel-fruity flavours followed by a mid-dry malt-fruity finish. Fair enough. (Tromsø 21.05.2023).

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Slightly hazy orangeish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and some mild toffee tones. Flavour is dry wood, floral, mild fruity tones with a quite dry finish. Also quite yeasty tones to it.

500 ml bottle, batch #272, from SPAR Kinsarvik, ABV is 4.7%. Deep brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma of grain and dusty attic, a hint of nuts and caramel. Smooth mouthfeel. Fairly decent flavour, nuts and hints of brown bread and chocolate, moderate bittering hops in the finish.

YG 080921. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is roasted malt, alcohol, spices. Flavor is roasted malt, alcohol, cinnamon, cardamon, orange peel, spruce, coriander, spices, coffee, chocolate, herbs. Nice beer.

Bottle. A dark brown beer, unclear, topped by a beige head. Quite mild aroma, spiced, roasted, with some coffee and dark chocolate, licorice, dark dried fruits, hints of citrus and a touch of alcohol. It's full-bodied, lightly warming, smooth and softly carbonated, with a flavor of roasted malts dominating. Cardamom, cinnamon, licorice, dark dried fruits, some coffee and a touch of cocoa too. Some alcohol notes. Lasting finish. Quite complex this one, but a bit untidy. Perhaps it just needs more body. 210908
