Cask gravity at New Inn Canterbury. Cloudy amber brown colour thin white head. Looks not great but flavour is decent. Very English. All English hops apparently. Some hedgerow.some ripe fruit. Its fine. Somw bitterness. Mostly sharp hedgerow flavour. OK.

Cask at Vinny & Ted, Beaconsfield, 10/08/2025.
Hazed orange topped with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is grass, light dank nip, tangerine, papaya.
Taste comprises ripe melon, tangerine, grass, soft malts, mandarin.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness.
Tidy cask sessioner.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle from Dunnel's in Jersey. Pours black with a creme foamy head. Aromas & tastes of spice, malts, hops & some alcohol from the barrel. Enjoyable tasty rye beer.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle from Dunell's in Jersey. Pours a deep jet black with a beige foamy head. Aromas & tastes of raisins, nuts, oats, red wine & dried fruits. Medium body, sweet bitter finish. Outstanding.

Can from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Pours orange with no head. Aromas of sweet mango and vanilla. Taste is sweet orange and vanilla. Sweet finish. Faint sour. Not my thing really.
