Fonefan 110415. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour is apple, yeast, fruit, sourness, hint of sugar. Nice cider.

Sampled at Vill & Syrlig. Almost clear golden body with a fading white head. Aroma is light acidic fruit with apples and hint of yeast. Flavor is sweet fruity with apples. Tastes like real cider, but a bit weak and not very distinct. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Last sample of the night at the festival, should probably re-rate.

Bottle. Pours light hazy yellow, with a fizzy, very short lived head. Aroma is fruity, with pear, light tartness with fruit peel. Medium body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is fruity, with fruit peel and pears.

Sampled at Vill & Syrlig. Slightly unclear golden body with a small white head. Aroma has apple and grassy hop pellets. Flavor is medium sweet apple, some acidic fruit, moderate bitterness and hay. Medium body and aftertaste. Not to convinced if hoppy cider is my taste, but has to take in consideration that this was sampled after 15-20 sour beers so there might be a palate crash. Another to be ordered and re-rated.

Big fizzy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, unripe pears, grassy hops, pear skin, hay, hints of fresh birch wood. Taste is mild, slightly dry fruity, ripe pears, hay, sugar, grass, pear skin. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Nice slightly fizzy-creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, apple skin, hay, yellow apples, fresh birch wood, grass, hints of citrus. Taste is dry fruity, fresh green apples, grass, apple skin, fresh hops, citrus, hay, sorrel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and fresh mouthfeel. Tastewise it kind of reminds me a little of the Mikkeller Spontandryhop series. Nice.
