Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours hazy light amber with small white head. Clear aroma of sour-sweetish apples, with touches of yeast. Dry, vinous flavour of apples, with some sweetish hints. Soft carbonation. Dry aftertaste. Nice.

750 ml clear bottle from Vinmonopolet, a little sediment in the bottle. Organic, no sulphites added. ABV is 7%. Clear golden colour, only a slight carbonation. Aroma of cider apples, hints of apple cider vinegar. Dry and astringent flavour, with lots of bitter cider apples in the tart finish.

Aroma is moderate apple, tart apples, acidic, apple vinegar notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration,apple, tart apples, dry. Bottle. Pours sparkling yellow with small head. Aroma is nice, tart and fruity with yeast and apples. Full body with lots of fizzy carbonation. Flavour is acidic with yeast, apples and fruit. Easy drinking, with a nice astringent fruitiness.
